Hiring for a 3rd Party Billing Admin for a company in Milford. M-F 8AM-5PM $17-18/hr. This role is moving extremely quickly!


Seeking a Third Party Billing Administrator who will be responsible for the accurate and timely posting of cash receipts to patient accounts for various payors within the established reimbursement cycle. They will also assist in the reprocessing of claims due to denials while posting insurance payments.


  • Prepare daily deposit
  • Distribute deposits and remittance information
  • Prepare, track and distribute various contracts within our agencies
  • Scanning and filing various documents
  • Other reasonably related duties as assigned by the Third Party Billing Manager, Vice President of Professional Billing, and the Vice President of Revenue Cycle and/or the President


  • Associates Degree preferred
  • High School or Equivalent required
  • Previous experience in healthcare industry strongly preferred
  • Must have ability to handle multiple and changing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Must have solid computer skills (especially with excel)
