Duties:

  • General accounting support ranging from AP/AR/Bookkeeping
  • Updating excel spreadsheets
  • Reconciliations
  • Creating/processing invoices
  • General admin support
  • Assisting with drafting and editing documents

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • AP/AR
  • Comfortable with part time hours
  • QuickBooks preferred
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
