Accounting/Billing Assistant
Ashland, MA
16/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of invoices and statement review for A/P
  • Review and mailing of invoices for A/R
  • Data entry to spreadsheets
  • Balance Daily Register Cash Bags and research and resolve discrepancies
  • Process credit card payments and credits and research and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare daily manual and electronic deposits
  • Invoice customer orders
  • Filing

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of recent billing and/or accounting experience
  • Associates degree preferred
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Heavy data entry experienceMicrosoft Excel experience (mid-level)
  • Works well in a team environment
