Accounting Manager
Somerset, MA
40-50k

Responsibilities:

  • Weekly payroll (ADP fluency preferred)
  • Benefits communication, enrollment, & maintenance
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Potential to add monthly financial reporting
  • Select customer invoicing
  • Review invoices for accuracy
  • Process credit card payments in bank portal
  • Correspond with customer to provide credit card receipt
  • Record credit card, ACH and wire transfer payments in ERP
  • Correspond with Sales team to tie wire transfer source to customer order
  • Post daily payments to ERP
  • Summarize daily activity for management report

Requirements:

  • Payroll: 3 years (Preferred)
  • ADP: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Sage50/Peachtree and/or QuickBooks
  • MRP/ERP - Salesforce/Rootstock (or other equivalent such as SAP Business One preferred
  • ADP fluency preferred
  • HR systems familiarity a plus (Fidelity, HRC, benefitsCONNECT, etc.)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Accounting/Finance degree or equivalent experience
