Admin Assistant

Duties:

  • Answering phone calls and directing them to correct parties. 
  • Filing documents, printing stuff, and handling other clerical duties around the office.
  • Not heavy phone work but it can be steady. About 20~ calls per day
  • Entering information about projects into software
Requirements:
  • Experience using Excel
  • Microsoft Suite
  • NEED someone reliable and good attendance
