Admin Assistant
Lowell, MA

Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and providers
  • Setting up meetings via Google Calendar
  • Insurance engagement via phone/email
  • A lot of phone work throughout the day (inbound)
  • Copying, scanning, faxing documents
  • Being able to open up the clinic on their own in the morning
  •  

Requirements/Experience:

  • Well rounded, responsible, pleasant/professional, strong task-management skills
  • Adaptable/quick-learner
  • At least 1-2 years of admin experience
  • Medical administrative is a plus
  • Must have some type of comfortability with Microsoft software
  • Comfortable over the phone
