Admin/HR Assistant
Needham Heights, MA
17/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry into Sage 100 Master Builder
  • Data entry for invoices
  • Handle some payroll (will train if no exp)
  • Order supplies
  • Answer phone calls - not heavy.. maybe 6-8 calls per day
  • Be pleasant to work and be around


Qualifications:

  • Client is looking for Admin to work in a small office.
  • Wants a nice personality, professional communication skills and professionalism to be around as they are working directly with the client.
  • Must live within 30 minutes (they stressed commute over the phone)
  • Anyone who may have worked for a building company or property management company is a plus
  • Sage 100 contractor or Timberline experience preferred but not required
