Primary Duties:

  • Filing, generating reports, setting up meetings, Screening phone calls, making appointments, greet and assist visitors,
  • Doing some scheduling
  • Entering invoices into system
  • Light Bank reconciliations
  • Data entry    

 

Requirements:

  •  2 Plus years Admin experience
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Quickbooks
  • Assocciates Degree is a huge plus not a must
  • Attention to detail
