  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Troubleshoot & maintain office machines
  • Filing, faxing, scanning, office organization
  • General office support
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Accounting support
  • Accounts payable processing- into Spectrum software
  • Fleet management
  • File all posted & paid A/P, pull invoices for check run
  • Prior reception or customer service experience.
  • Light accounting experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Skills 
  • Organized
