RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage calendar activity and coordinate meetings (both internal and external)
  • Resolve all schedule conflicts
  • Manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Create meeting agendas
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations
  • Keep social media platforms up to date
  • Take meeting minutes

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years Admin experience
  • BS Degree preferred
  • Excellent professional written and verbal correspondence
  • Detail-Oriented
  • A team-player
  • Positive and reliable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
