Office Assistant

Framingham, MA

Pay = 16.00/hr



Notes = Looking for someone reliable and comfortable working on phone. For phone work, some days can be very busy and other days it can be steady… depends on the day. Definitely need to be comfortable working on phones. They will answer inbound calls, enter purchase orders, follow up w/ customers regarding order status and lead time. Order entry accuracy is important.

Primary duties include:

  • Downloading all orders
  • Billing credit card orders
  • Removing Purchase Orders (POs) from fax machine
  • Reading each carefully and determine what folder they should go into
  • Scan invoices
  • Fold and send invoices for USPS mailing.


  • Dependable and punctual attendance
  • Flexible in terms of job duties – we are small and shifting of tasks is a must.
  • Good organizational skills
  • Attention to detail & accuracy
