Job Description

Hiring for an Administrative Assistant for a company in Framingham. Need to possess above average Microsoft Excel skills.  Background in logistics, dispatch and/or automotive is considered a plus but not required.

Pay: $16/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm


  • Strong computer skills/ Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel & Outlook a must)
  • Presentable/professional
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Administrative setting
  • Someone that can handle difficult customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Need to have great communication skills
  • Someone that can work independently
  • Friendly personality
  • Reliable
  • High School Diploma or GED required
