Administrative Assistant
Norwood, Ma


  • Calendar and scheduling management
  • Travel coordination, both domestic and international for multiple travelers
  • Expense reporting
  • Keep abreast of business objectives, policies, standards, procedures
  • Coordinate and oversee key team activities (i.e. all hands meetings, supply ordering, space
  • planning, performance reviews, etc.)
  • Compose correspondence, proofread and edit executives' work product such as letters,
  • presentations, proposals, contracts, agreements
  • Professionally handle and track highly confidential materials
  • Drive key team activities (such as staff meeting agendas, all hands meetings, supply ordering,
  • space planning)
  • Coordination of team events and social activities


  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience assisting at the leadership level in a fast-paced environment or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization, planning, time management and problem-solving
  • A strong desire and aptitude for learning
  • Positive, proactive and able to consistently exercise good judgment
  • Ability to handle administrative details independently, while keeping team members adequately informed
  • Professionalism, integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Ability to work under pressure without losing composure.
  • Ability to meet the needs of Executives and Managers without constant supervision
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
  • Ability to operate a computer, printer, scanner, and fax machine.
  • Ability to multi-task
