We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our close-knit team! You will provide high-level administrative support for the CEO and leadership staff throughout the organization.


  • Handle administrative needs of CEO and leadership
  • Arrange conference calls and meetings
  • Plan work-related travel details
  • Greet visitors
  • Prepare minutes following meetings
  • Participate in fundraising events


  • Previous experience as an executive administrative assistant, or in other related fields
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism
  • Ability to regularly interface with Board members
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Social media experience
  • Nonprofit and general benefits/HR experience is HUGE!
