Marlborough, MA
Pay: $15/hr
Hours: 8-5 M-F

Duties:
  • inputs data, receives documentation and invoices
  • maintain electronic and paper records of all purchase 
  • processes invoices of payment
  • prepare and distribute monthly reports 
  • prepare monthly purchasing status reports
  • create purchase orders 
  • follow-up with vendors
  • maintain bulletin boards
  • orders office and administrative supplies 
  • coordinates travel 
Requirements:
  • high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1-3 months related experience in administrative field 
  • highly organized and detailed oriented 
  • knowledge or experience with AS 400 preferred
