  • Greeting people screening/transferring phone calls to correct people
  • Input marketing emails into system-
  • Order/receive and set up catering for in house meetings
  • Arrange travel plans for executives as requested
  • Basic Admin skills
  • Knowledge of Word Excel/Sales force is a huge plus
