Job Description

Temporary, 7-12 week assignment

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


-Sort and prepare hard copy paper records for scanning--scan paper documents

-Verify accuracy and quality of the scanned documents

-manage and index final scanned socumments in Google Drive

-Perform low volume data entry tasks needed to track document inventory

-File documents after scanning


-Capable of scanning paper documents and convert them into PDF digital format

-There is a minimum of 1,250,000 sheets of peper in technical final reports, regulatory dossiers and other formula technical documentation to be scanned and converted to digital format

Desired knowledge:

-Microsoft Office Suite
