The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting their assigned Project Manager in the planning, management direction, project completion, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects. 


The ideal candidate will assist their Project Manager in coordinating all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications that include, but not limited to:


Proficiency with PROCORE PM Software/Monthly Report Generation Project Coordination & Project Controls/Change Management Reports Cost tracking for sequential costing/Contract Administration


Job Cost Analysis/Warranty Review & Procurement/Weekly OAC and other Meetings Minutes and Documentation/File Management/RFl's and AIA Management with Procore


As-Built Document Procurement The candidate will work with their assigned project manager to help achieve their respective project management objectives. This position reports directly to the assigned Project Manager, Engineer, and Chief Operating Officer.





Strong educational background in CONSTRUCTION or ENGINEERING


Proven working experience in project management in CONSTRUCTION


Excellent written and verbal communication skills
