  • Answer all incoming calls, and route as appropriately
  • Take all messages, and distribute appropriately
  • Schedule patients in computer
  • Making reminder phone calls for patients
  • Other responsibilities as assigned


  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
  • Prior medical experience
  • Ability to multi task and be detail-oriented
  • Prior customer service experience
