Billing Coordinator
Hooksett, NH


  • Establish new accounts
  • Compile amounts owed in order to prepare invoices and record transactions
  • Ensure accuracy of billing related information
  • Lead the generation and reconciliation of monthly billing cycles
  • Lead the special billing for commercial accounts
  • Research and follow up on customer (internal and external) inquires
  • Support the documentation of updated procedures


  • College Degree preferred
  • Prior Billing/ Accounting experience
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
