Moltonborough, NH


  • Coordinates the timely processing of expenditures including the payment to the vendor
  • Balances and reconciles general ledger accounts monthly
  • Manages payroll coordinates hours from SAP to ADP
  • Responsible for the annual filings of 1099/1096
  • Manages the inventory for Landscaping/Store
  • Manages the fixed assets of the Companies and records appropriate depreciation
  • Maintains the QuickBooks, Radiant and other systems as needed
  • Other duties as needed


  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficient with QuickBooks (required)
  • Experience with Service Autopilot and Radiant, a plus
  • Must have solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to communicate on the telephone in a professional and courteous manner
  • Minimum of Associates Degree, Bachelors’ Degree preferred
  • 4 years’ experience in a related field
  • Ability to speak and understand Spanish a plus
