Brand Experience Specialist

  • Enthusiastically welcomes consumers by greeting them, offering undivided assistance, and asking probing questions about their outdoor passions.
  • Directs consumers by escorting them to displays, monitors and counters; exploring their interests and how to help them find products that will enhance their connection to earth.
  • Advises consumers by providing information on products, events, services inside the experience center.
  • Helps consumer make selections by building consumer confidence, offering product education and opinions.
  • Documents any sales by assisting with the creation or updating of consumer profile records/databases.
  • Processes any payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, credit cards, or any other types of established forms of payment.
  • Assists in keeping clientele informed by notifying them of preferred consumer events, lectures, presentations and future innovative product of particular interest.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; pitching-in on a daily basis to help transform the location to express the marketing brand direction that drives to the Companies Brand


  • Interest in sales or marketing
  • 2-3 years of retail experience/education/Marketing
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced customer base environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills 
  • Oral and Written Communication
