  • Nurture long term relationships in professional, personable, and sustainable manner.
  • Identify potential staffing & recruiting business partners using proven research methods
  • Communicate effectively and strategically with C-Level and HR business clientele
  • Develop network of leads and clients
  • Negotiate, execute, and implement contracts and business relationships
  • Identify and leverage business transactions professionally and in manner mutually beneficial to clients, candidates and firm



  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to make high volume, outbound, targeted phone calls in sales driven environment
  • Strong discretionary decision making ability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and language skills
