Job Description

Insurance agency is looking for a Business Development Coordinator. This is a temp to hire position. Compensation is $14 per hour plus commission.

Hours:

  • Monday- Friday
  • Full time or part time
  • Flexibility with the schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Setting up customer appointments for Personal Insurance Advisors
  • Confirm customer service appointments via outbound calls for multiple distribution channels with an estimated 100+ calls/opportunities per day
  • Managing internet inquires through dealership website and other online channels
  • Follow through on customer leads and build relationships with clients to help close sales
  • Grow internet sales business and expand current customer base; measured through monthly online percentage
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to consumers and existing customers
  • Develop strong relationships with sales and service staff
  • Promote customer give away promotions in dealerships

Qualification:

  • Willing to train the right person
  • Customer service experience required
  • High school diploma required
