Premier insurance agency owned by and located within one of the largest auto dealers in New England is looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join their growing team!

As a BDC, you will use your computer skills, product knowledge, and outgoing personality to generate business through online channels and book appointments.

Job Responsibilities:

-Setting up customer appointments for Personal Insurance Advisers

-Confirm customer service appointments via outbound calls for multiple distribution channels with an estimated 100+ calls/opportunities per day

-Managing internet inquiries through dealership website and other online channels

-Follow though on customer leads and build relationships with clients to help close sales

-Grow internet sales business and expand current customer base; measured through monthly online percentage

-Provide the highest level of customer service to consumers and existing customers

-Develop strong relationships with sales and service staff

-Promote customer give away promotions in dealerships

Skills & Qualifications

-Computer & Internet skills required

-Ability to follow through on leads

-Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication

-Positive, can-do attitude

-Team-oriented

-Call Center experience is a plus and highly desired!

-Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen if hired
