Essential Functions:

  • Creating work orders in VISUAL ERP
  • Coordinate with purchasing department to issue POs for materials and outside services
  • Responsible for tracking products through full process and keeping vendors updated on status
  • Review inventory levels daily
  • Review backlog, open orders, shipping/delivery schedules
  • Oversee production planning of all work orders
  • Work closely with all departments (Sales, Finance, Quality Control, Manufacturing and Engineering) to ensure all parts are in compliance, within budget and on time
  • 2-5 years experience
