Call Center Representative
Topeka, KS
Temporary 12/hr

Responsibilities:
  

  • Providing excellent customer service to existing client base including Veterinarians, their office staff, and retail customers
  • Place outbound calls to current customers that utilize the established fax ordering system Explain the benefits and efficiencies of converting their current process of fax ordering and using the online ordering system
  • Assist current customers with site registration, password issuance, site navigation and other system support issues like the clearing of cookies, etc.
  • Establish a rapport with customers
  • Diagnose the customer needs, recommend product features and explain benefits, handle objections with care
  • Provide proof and advantages while actively listening to the customer

Qualifications:

  • Call center experience required
  • Experienced in outbound sales calls preferred
  • Basic computer literacy
