Chief Financial Officer
Berlin, NH


  • Overall management of the agency’s financial systems
  • Oversight of the purchasing, front desk, medical billing and finance departments
  • Supervises and evaluates the department staff in the performance of their duties and assigns responsibilities to them based on their abilities.
  • Preparation of financial and cost reports, budgets, and other required financial documentation found in health care settings.
  • Familiarity with revenue cycle management, grant administration, and federal cost principals required.
  • Takes a leadership role in the annual financial audit process by obtaining bids and recommending selection of an auditor to the Chief Executive Officer and Finance Committee. Is responsible for preparing for and monitoring progress toward the completion of the audit in a timely manner.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
  • Master’s degree in a related field preferred, along with accreditation as a Certified Public Accountant.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in public or financial management is required.
  • FQHC, medical and/or non-profit accounting experience preferred.
