Client Program Manager
Hooksett, NH
20-21/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Confidently establishes and sustains relationship with new clients
  • Works on receipt and validation of contracts
  • Establishes strategies and timelines for client on-boarding
  • Work in partnership with others to obtain any and all information/documents
  • Work collaboratively with other departments in effective on boarding of all services and programs
  • Utilize CRM software to document, manage and track client support and transactions
  • Review all incoming orders for accuracy and prepare for efficient placement and processing
  • Thrive in a fast paced, customer oriented business with consultative knowledge of lease financial needs
  • Track KPI's and report to management as necessary
  • Key contributor in the development, documentation, and coordination of internal procedures
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • 5+ years corporate customer service experience preferred
  • 5+ years in environment requiring effective communication, sales and client service skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail with an ability to focus on accuracy while managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to accept and drive organizational change
  • Excellent Problem solving/resolution and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional computer skills in CRM, Microsoft Windows, Excel, Power Point and Word
  • High energy as well as a pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Ability to travel to client and prospect locations when necessary
