Job Description

Hiring  for a Client Service Associate for a company in Shirley, MA. MUST have experience answering inbound phone calls. M-F 8AM-5PM. $15-17/hr based on experience. 

Looking for strong communicators who are able to multi-task, be a team player, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 

The role will consist of answering 40-60 calls per day and answering customer questions.  Scheduling customers as needed (this is not a sales role) and updating customers on inventory availability, due dates on new products, etc. Troubleshooting with customers for shipment errors or processing returns.
