Client Services Representative
Woburn, MA

  • Manage and own full-life cycle client communications throughout the enrollment process
  • Provide exceptional telephone-based customer service for new clients, families and providers
  • Enroll / educate / train families and providers 
  • Respond to requests for information from long term care insurance policyholders and families
  • Contact and build relationships with clients, primarily through inbound/outbound calls and email.
  • Document all client correspondence in system
  • Obtain time sensitive documents from clients and providers to facilitate billing, payment and invoicing processes
  • Prioritize and manage tasks and responsibilities


  • Strong interpersonal skills with a desire to help seniors, their families and caregivers
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Team player but also possessing an ability to work independently
  • Problem solving capabilities with an ability to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent computer skills a must; proficient with Microsoft office applications, Adobe Acrobat
  • College degree
  • Experience in customer service, payroll or insurance claims
  • Positive ‘can do’ and customer- first attitude
