Job Description

We have an immediate need for a Project Superintendent.

Duties include:

Plan, direct, coordinate, or budget, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, safety and implementation.

To manage construction projects for the company to include:

Review of plans with sales, drafting, safety, site preparation, maintains relations with owners/customers, supervise workers and subcontractors in construction of projects to attain targeted profitability and on-time (expected) completion dates.

Supervise daily activity of crew leaders on active projects assigned. 

Develop and report to Construction Operations Manager manpower and equipment requirements for projects in advance of need A degree in Building Construction or Construction Management is preferred.
