- Assist in preparation & processing of proposals, renewals & amendments
- Prepare lists/reports of pending renewals, contract documents, hardcopy & electronic files, tracking forms & labels for renewal process
- Prepare pricing worksheets for completion by Regional Managers & follow-up with RMs
- Maintain physical contract files
- Make phone calls to clients to confirm renewal receipt & remind of pending contract expirations
- Coordination between Contracts Administration, Accounting, Dispatch, Sales & Marketing, & Regional Managers
- Provide Subcontractor Administration including facilitating new subcontractor setup, creating PO’s for approved quotes and reporting assistance for Managed Services division of EEC
- Maintain physical binders of issued COIs and assist in COI tracking and receipt from EEC’s subcontractors
- Assist with other administrative duties within the company as needed
- Excellent organizational and great interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written capabilities essential.
- Experienced in computer applications such as MS Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook.
Pay: $25 to $35/hour
