Job Description

Hiring for a Corporate HR Customer Support Rep for a company in Marlborough (close to 495/Rte 20). This role will consist of answering inbound phone calls from internal employees regarding their HR benefits and general HR information (accrued time, sick time, etc.). Need to have 3-5 years of customer support experience, preferably in a call center setting. $16-20/hr based on experience.
