Leading national real estate organization is seeking a dynamic, experienced corporate recruiter for our national headquarters. This individual should be highly flexible, fast-paced, adaptable, and able to fluidly move between support for different HR business partners and business units in a fast-paced recruitment setting.
- Full-cycle recruitment
- Building/managing pipelines
- Active recruiting
- Managing Applicant Tracking System [ATS] and VMS, etc.
- Working across HR business units
- Supporting department managers and HR Business Partners
- Miscellaneous management support as needed
- Experience in a corporate recruiting environment is required
- Individuals comfortable in a highly professional environment with open, goal driven communication will do well in our urgent needs environment.
- Strong familiarity with ATS system(s) is required.
