Customer Care Rep
Framingham, MA


  • Responsible for the handling of inbound and outbound communications with internal and external customers regarding logistics, testing, supplies, relevant results such as alert and critical values, and other support needs in a friendly, helpful and  professional manner. Includes triaging calls to appropriate staff
  • Analyze test information submitted via test requisition and resolve discrepancies, call on Lab Notification requests such as requesting additional material, specimen clarification, etc., process amended reports
  •  Ensure proper documentation in client and patient records, update patient demographic information upon request into LIS, eFax client reports, order client supplies and assist in coordinating courtier services for clients, including package pickup
  • Work cooperatively as part of a team environment and assist other CCRs as requested/assigned and interface with Sales force to keep them apprised of all client issues and concerns.


  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma with minimum 2-5 years experience in customer service field 
  • Must be detail oriented and possess exceptional phone skills
  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills
  • Past experience in a medical or healthcare environment is a plus
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to handle conflicting priorities
