Customer Service/ Inside Sales Support
Woburn, MA
15-16/hr

Primary Duties:

  • Answering inbound phone calls
  • Responding to emails
  • Order entry- most companies order entry is done on each company's website, so computer proficiency is huge
  • Data entry
  • Responsible for following up with customers in regards to products/services/deliveries
  • Placing outbound calls to follow up with customers, manufacturers, distributors
  • Assisting in pricing for distributions
  • Web based order entry
  • Prepare and collect information in regards to products and services

Requirements/Experience:

  • Ideal candidate will have some sort of manufacturing experience, HVAC experience, wholesale distribution experience, similar environment, etc
  • Microsoft Office- Excel, Outlook
  • SAP experience helpful, not required
  • Solid Typing Skills
  • Professional Phone Demeanor
