Customer Service Rep/Scheduling Coordinator
Tewksbury, MA

Primary Duties:

  • Answering inbound customer calls and placing outbound calls to follow up with customers (typically 50 calls/ day)
  • Candidate does not need to be comfortable answering calls related to electric problems, will be following a scripted, scheduled form
  • Scheduling electricans for home visits, scheduling experience needed- extremely helpful
  • Entering all appointments into the system, familiar with ServiceTitan helpful  
  • Some light dispatching- no experience required, just need to be comfortable on the phone
  • When they’re not on the phone candidates will be filing, faxing, mailing, sorting documents, etc


  • MS Office
  • Google Calendar
  • Google Docs
  • Solid typing skills
  • Ability to mutli task, be on the phone and enter information into the computer system
  • Candidate should know that if they keep them on a perm basis they will need to pass a background check & drug screen
