Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Management & Related Ongoing Activities
  • Support Marketing Management & Related Ongoing Activities
  • Support Distribution Channel Management & Related Ongoing Activities
  • Support Finance Management & Related Ongoing Activities
  • Perform Customer Service & Related Ongoing Activities
  • Assess, Recommend, Plan and Implement Structural reform in processes, administration, personnel or systems
  • Perform accurate and timely completion of assigned job functions, projects and scheduled tasks
  • To comply with all company policies and external regulatory requirements
  • To complete any professional task or job function asked of you by the company
  •  

Qualifications:

  • BS International Business, Marketing or Business Administration
  • Fluent in Spanish, and English (verbal, written, and reading)
  • 3+ Years Customer Service Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dynamics & ACT Software
  • Ability to speak, write, listen and comprehend coherently, professionally and effectively
  • Ability to evaluate and resolve issues in rational and resourceful manner
  • Ability to effectively use time to execute proper decisions while achieving quality workmanship
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships and negotiate conflicts into successful outcomes
  • Ability to comprehend and follow Standard Operating Procedures related to job function
  • Logistics knowledge a plus
  • CRM experience preferred (ACT, Salesforce, MS CRM)
  • ERP/MRP experience preferred (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle)
