Customer Service Rep
Franklin, MA


  • Quote potential orders based on guidelines
  • Register orders as received
  • Trace and update orders daily
  • Update customer spreadsheet w/ order status daily
  • Ensure registered orders are covered for pickup and delivery is within time line given
  • Work with other agents in the United/Mayflower system to obtain coverage for p/u & deliveries
  • Make sure all necessary pickup/delivery paperwork is filled out correctly before sending back to customer


  • Organized
  • Call center experience
  • Strong computer/typing skills
  • Ability to deal with all sorts of personalities on the phone
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Able to work independently and with a team
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Problem solving
  • Professional phone/email etiquette
