Customer Service Rep
Franklin, MA


  • Answer all incoming telephone calls in a polite and courteous manner, converting as many leads to appointments as possible.
  • Respond to all leads, routing qualified opportunities to appropriate channels (phone, mail, internet, email) and enter the details for each one in MS-Access.
  • Respond to customers’ needs as as requested.
  • Follow up on each lead by telephone, e-mail, obtaining appointments wherever possible, and record the details in MS-Access.
  • Maintain the appointment schedule for Sales Advisors using scheduling software Perform any other duties that may be required from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Represent the company responsibly, maintain confidentiality and be polite and patient with our customers at all times.
  • Develop good working relationships with all other departments of the company.



  • Great written communication, knowledge of many different medium types
  • Telemarketing, business development and customer service experience
  • Attention to detail
  • An out-going personality with strong listening skills to respond to customers’ needs
