Temp to hire


- Background in call center, retail, hospitality, and anything customer service related.

- Strong computer and typing skills

- Must have clear/strong phone/communication skills

- Upbeat and good personality


- Professionally answer a high volume of inbound calls

- Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns

- Inputs data accurately for customer orders, pick-ups, and service work orders

- Sets up new accounts, maintains records, and prepare reports
