Customer Service Representative
Salem, NH

Schedule and Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday, & Sunday; 6:30am - 3:00pm or 12:30pm - 9:00pm
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday &Saturday, 6:30am - 3:00pm or 12:30am - 9:00pm


  • Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls
  • Clearly and correctly document calls before transferring to the appropriate office or department
  • Provide administrative duties as required
  • Other relevant duties as assigned


  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
  • Intermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
