Customer Services Representative


Temp to hire

M-F 8:30-5:00

Background/drug screen required



  • Research, resolve and respond to telephone and e-mail inquiries from both internal/external clients
  • Clearly communicate information to internal/external clients
  • Builds and maintains relationships with the clients
  • Consistent, accurate and timely documentation of all customer interactions
  • Daily tasks include answering phone calls, emails and Live Chat messages


  • Associate’s Degree preferred
  • Professional phone/communication skills

  • Tech/computer savvy

  • Call center experience

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience: 1-2 years in Customer Service
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Multi-tasking and the ability to prioritize and address all issues in an effective manner
