Customer Service Rep
Salem, NH

Pay: $16.00 + $3.00 shift differential ($19.00/HR) for any hours worked on the weekend and between 11:00pm - 7:00am

Schedule and Hours:

  • 1st - Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (8:30am-7:30pm)
  • 2nd - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (8:30am - 7:30pm)
  • 3rd - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday (8:30am - 7:30pm)
  • 4th - Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (8:30am - 7:30pm)
  • 5th - Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (1:30am - 12:00am)
  • 6th - Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (1:30pm - 12:00am)
  • 7th - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (1:30pm - 12:00am)
  • 8th - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (1:30pm - 12:00am) & (10:30pm - 9:00am)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer a high volume of inbound phone calls. Some outbound calls, to follow up with Customer if needed
  • Data Entry
  • Help customers with travel and medical claims that open, while they are traveling
  • Clearly and correctly document calls
  • Provide administrative duties as required
  • Other relevant duties as assigned

?Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
  • Intermediate proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
