Job Description

Insurance company is looking for a Customer Service Representative. This is temp to hire position. Compensation is $15 per hours.

Hours:

  • 8:30am- 5:00pm
  • Monday- Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Provides excellent customer service to customers and agents (internal and external) by responding promptly to all inbound customer calls, faxes and email requests
  • Achieves First Call Resolution (FCR)
  • Maintains acceptable attendance levels throughout year
  • Consistently meets all data entry and standards of performance requirements to ensure excellent customer service, accurate and professional handling
  • Processes policyholder transactions accurately and within the Policyholder Service Center established quality standards to ensure excellent customer service and professional handling
  • Supports and participates in office or department programs and contests
  • Performs additional duties as assigned
