Customer Service Representative
Smithfield, RI

Job Duties:

  • Answering retailer phone calls in regard to placing orders, answering product and service related questions.
  • Computer data skills for: Sales Orders/Pick Tickets, Invoicing, product information, order/backorders status
  • Resolve product or service related problems
  • Assist with requests from Sales Representatives as needed
  • General office duties - including copying, faxing, filing


  • Proficiency in Distributor Software computer modules of Order Entry, Inventory, Accounts Receivable, Billing (for example Sage Mas200, Great Plains, Macola)
  • Proficiency with PC's - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet Browsers, Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong verbal customer service skills
  • Good organization and administrative skills
