Hopkinton, MA
Pay: $16/hr
Hours: M-F 8:30-5

 

Duties:
  • assists customers via phone, fax and e-mail and receives orders and status inquires
  • handles new customer accounts
  • administers sales promotions
  • resolves customer issues by working closely with shipping, manufacturing, and technical support
  • processes returns for exchange or credit
Requirements:
  • Call center experience required
  • Degree in a related science field preferred
  • Strong phone, communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, multitasking skills
  • Punctual
  • Team Player
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Salesforce experience preferred
