Job Description

Bellingham, MA
Pay: $15/hr

Hours: M-F 8-5 with some Saturdays

Duties:

  • appropriately handles questions related to shipment schedules, status of orders, product changes, etc.
  • track all calls
  • process orders in an efficient and accurate manner
  • provide prompt, professional, and courteous service
  • suggest alternative solutions when necessary to meet caller's expectations
  • have a thorough knowledge of the products and services offered
  • adhere to all department policies and procedures
  • participate in non-call activity, including special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • preferred experience with working in a call center
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to multi-task while remaining organized and disciplined with time managemnt
  • ability to maneuver through various computer screens quickly and able to utilize tools and resources as needed
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • must be able to work flexible hours that can include weekends and holidays
  • strong computer skills
