Customer Service Representative

Primary Duties:

  • Answering phones professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email or fax
  • Processing orders and service requests in a timely manner
  • Utilizing various methodologies to research and resolve issues
  • Dispatching vendor partners to our customer sites
  • Precise data entry into our SAP business one application
  • Tracking product requests and following up on service requests

  • Must have previous Call Center or Office Related Experience
